Our US warehouse ships directly to customers in the US using UPS, FedEx, or USPS at no additional cost. Standard US shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that delivery times may fluctuate due to customs processing and seasonal factors like holiday rushes. We provide a tracking number for each shipment, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

For those requiring faster delivery, we offer express shipping options via FedEx (2-5 days) or UPS (2-5 days) for an additional fee, usually starting at $20. If you're interested in express shipping, please reach out to our customer service team.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), SelectYY will cover the return shipping costs.
